I just wanted a quick snack so my version is a basic fried zucchini blossoms stuffed with goat cheese. I used beer batter to coat the blossoms and I love how crispy they turned out. Great texture… crispy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside.
Remove the pistils.
Fill with goat cheese and twist the top ends.
Coat lightly with batter – flour, beer, salt, pepper, paprika.
Deep fry in oil until golden brown.
