A note about the recipe: I ended up with extra peanut butter filling and not enough chocolate dough to wrap them with. They’re good to snack on as they are. The taste and texture reminds me of ChocNut, a Filipino candy(?).
The recipe says to make individual flat disks out of the chocolate dough. I thought it would be quicker to roll out the dough and use a cookie cutter. My cutter was a tad big for the size of my peanut butter filling. If you don’t have a cookie cutter, the rim of a small glass will do.
