Chorizo Ragoût with Poached Eggs

One of the things I look forward to on weekends, especially when my daughter’s home from university, is brunch. This is a variation of the Moroccan Merguez Ragoût with Poached Eggs on food52. I substituted Merguez sausage with chorizo since we have some in the fridge. Our attempt to to find harissa at Loblaws was unsuccessful so I Googled “harissa” and luckily, I have most of its ingredients – cumin, caraway seeds and coriander.
