We love Grilled Cheese for dinner. And each time we make it, it’s always different. Tonight’s version features Spanish Chorizo, gruyere, manchego, blue cheese dressing, Dijonnaise, hot sauce, Boston lettuce, baby spinach, grilled peppers and onions on generously buttered rye bread with pumpkin seeds. Nothing beats homemade Grilled Cheese!
