I bought a pack of cedar wraps over a month ago and got to use them today! I bought them primarily for their photographic value :) Sometimes when I go food shopping, I see something and think… “Hmm…these will make nice pictures!” And so I bought them.
These cedar wraps have been soaked in water for about 20 min.
Brush salmon lightly with oil and season. I used Greek seasoning.

I topped the salmon with Boursin (cream cheese seasoned with herbs) and chives.
