The Christmas Feast

For our family Christmas gathering, I served Paella Valenciana, Lettuce Wrapped Duck, steamed King Crab Legs, Pineapple Glazed Ham and Roast Suckling Pig from a Portuguese churrasqueira. My sister-in-law brought Red Snapper Escabeche; her sister-in-law brought prawns; my aunt brought lasagna and my Uncle brought booze.
